Position Summary   

·         This position is primarily responsible for the planning, preparation, and assisting in execution of Workover activities in both office and field. Additionally, the role provides support to Well Services operations as needed. responsibility includes ensuring the effective implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.

·         Ensure accuracy in the reports and Comprehensive Lessons Learnt database.

·         Service Company job tickets verified, and all operations costs are tracked.

·         Assisting in delivering the well operations project within the budget and in a safe manner.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

·         Prepare and develop step-by-step procedures/Programs to achieve specified well objectives safely and efficiently.

·         Issuing ITTs, RFQs and RFPs for Workover Projects.

·         Conducting Bids Technical and Commercial elevations for service companies with vendors site visits.

·         Raising SRFs for issuing PO, JO and Service orders for service companies.

·         Preparing Well Schematics, Diagrams & Montages.

·         Procedures will incorporate engineering controls, provide guidance on well control equipment and practices, and comply with company safety regulations and standards.

·         Recommend and develop processes and guidelines for workover operations.

·         Conduct historical well review to support procedural recommendations.

·         Engage with other functions and asset leadership to manage process execution discrepancies & scope changes.

·         Develop and monitor KPI reporting of  & workover operations with respect to spend, delivery of planned objectives, and scheduling (planned vs actuals).

·         Proficient with computer software.

·         Preparing Workover programs for ensuring optimal performance to meet COMPANY objectives.

·         Evaluate, cost, and propose alternative well designs and technologies.

·         Carry out engineering analyses of rig site data and preparing regular well reports.

·         Monitor the daily progress of well operations and current daily costs, comparing actual and proposed costs and recommending changes or improvements to rig work techniques.

·         Plan and prepare for Rig-less well work operations

·         Signing off job tickets from service personnel.

·         Verifying the rig-checklist is followed up and completed prior starting the operations.

·         Finalizing site-preparations for operations, including layouts, water pits, mini-camp, main camp, and other necessary facilities.

·         Taking initiatives to promote safety awareness and ensuring the highest levels of safety and environmental performance are achieved.

·         Providing complete support to the Day & Night Workover supervisors.

·         Selecting the required materials for the operation (coordinating with logistics team).

·         Maintain and updating lessons learned, completion of the risk assessment register.

·         Preparing/double checking all materials in Load-out list for operations.

·         Verifying all tools are QAQC’d prior running into the well.

·         Participating in Pre-phase meetings and Preparing the End of Well Reports.

·         Call out of personnel, materials and equipment in a timely manner to avoid rig down time.

·         Participating in daily operations planning meetings

Minimum Qualifications

·         Bachelors Degree in engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.

·         IWCF well control certificate level (Level 3).

·         Working proficiency in English sufficient to prepare reports and correspond with international stakeholders.

·         Well site Leadership skills and good communication skills.

·         Typically, 5-7 years varied experience covering and workover, completion and well Interventions operations.
